What is Online Coaching?
Online Coaching is the next best option after in-person training. Just because we may not meet in person, does not mean you will be pushed any less than other clients. You were warned!
This option includes 30-minute weekly video/phone calls, check-ins throughout the week, personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance and health tips, guidance on exercise form and techniques, and weekly modifications to address concerns that may arise.
*Remember that this journey is all about YOU, so if a 30-minute call is too much for you that day, we can always work something out!
This option is suited for those who:
travel often
have experience in exercise but need more guidance and coaching
are trying to save money
need somewhere to begin
hate committing to a schedule and end up cancelling
do not have the social energy to do multiple in-person sessions

Online coaching w/ 1 in-person session (rate may vary due to commute)

Free introductory video call to discuss goals and plans

Two 30-minute calls per week to help keep accountability, provide feedback, and adjust anything that is needed
